Crew Cabins: In the last 2 months we had 58 crew cabins flooded, and I visited more than 50% of the staterooms, – all the staterooms were looking very presentable except for 3 staterooms which were recently flooded, they were wet. All the cabins visited carpetscabins' carpets, closetclosets and drawers were looking clean. There arehas been a lot of efforts have beeneffort put into cleaning the crew cabins, however in the majority of the cabins the refrigerationrefrigerator doors were closed and there was a lot of mold build-up, as well; also, most cabins had fulllots of hangers stacked in the closet. Trash bins in the cabins were very old, however waswere kept clean. Most of the bathroom floor isfloors are worn out and rusted, due to which looks notand so don't look clean. 75% of the crew cabinscabins' soap dishdishes had scumsscum that need attention. AEH has a good plan and keeps track of all the staterooms and cabins which isare being cleaned. I would like him to set an expectation as the observationobservations noted isare consistently the same.
