This is what I saw yesterday on my regular walk in the park: a 33rd generation family playing together. And whileWhile trying to stretch my lazy body, this came to my mind:
- having a bad day at work is something that happens to all of us;
- but if it's not just an isolated moment and it becomes a reality itinstead then it definitely affects your performance;
- andit still affects you once you're back at home, as you tend to revisit it, to share it, complain about it...
- you literally extend your frustration and unhappiness outside working hours.
The thing is, by living like this scenario you reduce the ability to enjoy your free time with friends and family.
Don't you think bethat feeling trusted, recognised, appreciated at work and actually dodoing something you love, will give you muchmany more opportunities to better enjoy your time outoutside of work? too?
