People from all around the world have some kind of worry or a serious problem that they do not know how to deal with or to overcome it, and that will endcould lead them upto having depression or anxiety. For that reason, I will explain in this essay how to overcome depression in three simple steps.
First of all, individuals should
find theidentify their stressors and the reason offor having itthem because that will make it easier for them to overcome it. For example, there are many people that we face in our daily lives who are annoyed and havinghave some kind of anxiety without knowing the actual reason for it. For that reason, individuals must know what is the main problem of being depressed or annoyed is. After that, people should acknowledge the stressors they have and try to find a solution to overcome them. For instance, most students have anxiety, and they aremay be on thetheir way of beingto becoming depressed. That is all because of the huge amount of the things that they have to accomplish such as exams, quizzes, and assignments. Moreover, mostmany students end up going to a psychologist or psychiatrist to help them or affordprovide some type of medicine. Finally, somemost individuals will not find a way to completely avoid some kind of stressors, so they have to learn how to live their lives normally with themstressors, and not to makeallow it destroy or affect their lives. For example, teenagers might have parents who always bring them down and that give them anxiety and depression. In this case, the teenagers might not want to sueconfront their parents, so they have to live with this of problem and try not to makeallow it to ruin their own lives.
