Attached is a copy of the judgment against our client along with the arrangement made with the creditor.

If you're prepared to move forward with this, I'll have our partner attorneys at Hunter Maclean prepare a document outlining the details of this transaction to ensure we're both paid out of the court held proceeds due to our client.

The principal balance of the judgment, including interest as of 01/31/17, is $57,131.89. The total settlement amount required by the creditor is $22,716.00. Our client is to be offered $2,500 as an incentive to settle the delinquent debt, leaving us both with $31,915.89 to be split 50/50, equaling $15,957.94 each.

Ideally, it would be best to reach out directly to the creditor upon execution of our agreement to satisfy this arrangement, or instead, have the funds deposited into our attorney's escrow account for them to handle.
