Dear Colleagues,

I am very excited to announce that we are about to implement a new HR Information System (HRIS) - iSTAFF.

This system will link all essential HR functions together so we have a fully integrated cloud-based management system supporting employee data management, payroll calculation, e-leave, e-pay slips & e-tax statements to drive forward best practice. It will reduce our manual work, improve our working efficiency and help managers to access useful information from a mobile device or computer.

Various HR modules will be launched in the next couple of months. We will also prepare bilingual user guide videos at our intranet as soon as our HRIS goes live.

In this week, we are going to accomplish the final round data migration. Hence, the annual leave application via HRLite (annual leave) will temporarily be suspended from the 9th to the 11th of Nov 2022. For those urgent leave applications, please forward your leave application to our HR teammate, Maggie Leung (ext. 5550).
