Regarding AlhassaAlhassa’s activation I believe we shall deactivate it due to the following reasons:

1. Low Awareness since we started the activation so we didn’t reach the target which is 21 and until today the avg is 17.22
2. Low Trails since we started the activation, and itsit’s very hard to convince consumers in Alhassa to switch their cigarettes
3. Regarding the OTP we have an Avg of 4.52 until today which is good
4. In October we covered 39 outlets in Alhassa, and 10 outlets rejected the BA.
5. Regarding the validation we didn’t get any approval to deploy our BA.

I believe if we deactivate Alhassa, we can have a morning team to cover Dammam, and I’m sure it will help to increase the avg of our TR and AW.
