Situation updatesupdate for CI and SU RH: I was having a meeting with Studenta student in the office when I heard an extremedextreme vocalisation of RH, which was way beyond his usual shoutingshouts. I rushed down to the kitchen to find out what had happened. I met CI and RH in both in distrustful situations. I quickly interveneintervened to defuse the situation. I tried to calm RH, and he was able to listen to me as I walked him back to his room. I stayed with him to make sure he was okay. As I returned to the office to continue the meeting with the student., CI was having a conversation with the student about RH.

CI was still in a high temperstate of rage while talking to a student in the office about RH, and I quickly disengaged the student from the conversation because I believed it was unprofessional to involve a student in such a conversation. " CI stated that she will speak with PIC Danielle asbecause she feels that she can't continuingcontinue to work with RH and that she can't wait for him to leave. "I told her it was inappropriate to say that and that she should calm down.
