We have problems with communication with the billing department. After multipleMultiple patients have complained to us about the phone never being answered. Our customers have been trying without any luck to call either by the phone that is listed on the bill or on the bill number which has been provided in the Call Center. This has been an issue because patients call expecting to get an answer from us and we are just trying to communicate with Cindy without any luck. We had patients that even said they would not want to keep coming to the clinic because it is a horrible way to do business. Is there any other way we could get a better number or a way to get this issue fixed? If there is anything we could do to help, please let us know.
