Responsible for Solution of Turk Telekom South-2 Technical Issues:
- Providing technical support for Nokia- Alcatel-Lucent Optic Domain products/technologies such as SDH,
WDM, and NMS,OMS, DCN for TURK TELEKOM company
- Being first escalation point for the customers on critical technical issues by determining the root cause, providing resolutions and implementing corrective action plans
- Ensuring that issues are addressed properly, and periodically updateupdating the customers on maintenance quality issues and resolution status via the ticketing tool
- Handling critical situations in customer’s network onsite and facilitatefacilitating intervention for network disasters by coordinating with other teams
- Responsible for commissioning/ implementing new network sites and scheduling to perform system upgrades
- Reproducing specific cases or network failures in lab environment to fully understand and prevent customer issues
