SUBJECT:Annual Performance Reviews
Jenny,
Annual performance reviews are to be submitted by March 31, 2021. An employee workplan and evaluation form are attached; please distribute the workplan to your staff.
Please be advised that the following employees in your department are nearing the upper limit of their job’s salary range:
• John Boisvenue, Chartered Accountant II
• Marjorie Fernezan, Senior Bookkeeper I
• Denis Roussel, Senior Bookkeeper II
We suggest that each of these employees be considered for a promotion to a higher level within their job category or a new position.
Should any of these employees not yet be ready for promotion, please discuss the addition of appropriate tasks and training to their workplan during their review. Please note that we generally recommend that employees stay near or at the upper limit of their range for a maximum of two years.
An up-to-date organization chart and detailed job descriptions for your department can be found on our company intranet. If you have any questions or you would like assistance in evaluating the promotion-readiness of these employees, please contact me.
