We are sincerely aware of the importance of thea job for individuals and because we believe inunderstand how difficult it is for a person to be deprived of histheir most basic rights as an individual capable of working, which is deprivationdepriving them of a job without priorgiving them a warning or even without prior psychological and moral preparationpsychologically preparing them for it. Therefore, we have to study in depth the bitterness of the harsh living lifeconditions experienced by the laid-off individuals and look at them with interest and kindness. Perhaps we will be able to explore the reasons for the sudden dismissal and find, as a team, an appropriate and effective solution to this problem that is largely emerging today in mostbecoming bigger and bigger in today's government and private institutions.
