Asking a question is not a weakness but a strength because sometimes, other people have the same question, but they are just as scared as you are to ask the question. As the project moved through the different stages, I participated and interacted more with other people from my team. I learned to be more open-minded and listen to their ideas; I learned to trust them more as the time whentime went by.

I can't say that all my insecurities of working with others or letting others down are all gone, but I can assure you that I have learned a lot about working together as a team and the importance of collaboration over the past semester. I have also learned that I can speak freely and that my teammates consider my ideas for the project. Most importantly, as a team, we learned to utilize all the given resources and ask for clarification when needed.
