The KPIs in detail:
Our progress will determinebe determined by the number of meetings we can book and also the time which every company takes to close the agreement after our discussion , so let’s estimate our KPIs dependswill depend on the agreement closing timehow long it will take us to come to an agreement with the transportation companies.
Conclusion: our companycompany's progress will be fast growing if we can book many successful meetings, as many as we can, and it will also depends on on how long it will take us to reach an agreement with the transporting companies agreeing time.
The 1st goal is to finish this phase, which is dealing withfocuses on transportation companies, for a maximum of 100 days.
