In the current Covid 19 situation itsit looks harsh on customer, that a request for reversal of late payment charges was rejected by your management, as all the developers in Dubai are rescheduling the payment terms, and supporting customers in this pandemic situation.

Further as per DLD record your project is also 50% Completedcompleted, and the handover date mentioned in the SPA is 15th July, 2021.

And Duedue to Pandemic conditionthe pandemic conditions the whole world is facing , many people have lost the jobs and many businesses have collapsed, you people also knowsknow better than me as many of your clientclients may default due to this situation and orand/or have asked to reschedule of the payment terms, and may have asked for cancellation.

But still I will be going to clear the due amount but without any penalty, and in case penalty is not waived, then I to have checked with the Dubai land Department that its legal to have a late payment chargescharge for 1% Per month on delay payments, in case of delay in project handover what penalty I will get for delay, there is no penalty clause mentioned in Sale Purchase Agreement, for getting delay in project handover.
