Based on our discussion, I have attended the training conducted by M/s Arabi Co. for the window cleaning systems on 7-12-2020. While verifying the systems in detail, it was noticed that the aerial platform machine (ZP 16), designed to be utilized for the front external lobby area, is unable to operate due to a spacing issue related to accommodatethe accommodation of the machine legs (image attached). Without a proper installation of the aerial legs, the sensors will not balancebe balanced and be able to activate the machine. This will affect the cleaning of the front entrance lobby in future.

Therefore, I request your attention on this subject to coordinate with the supplersupplier to obtain alternatean alternative option.
