The reading that I have chosen from the module is “The Cold Equations”. The quote that I have chosen is “It's always the little things you remember people by, all the little things they did because they wanted to do them for you.”
The reason I chose this quote wasis because the theme of the short story “The Cold Equations” is about sacrifices. This quote is about the little things that people sacrifice for you. An example of this from the story is when the pilot, Barton, wanted to sacrifice himself and let the girl live, but couldn't because she didn't know how to land the space shuttle.
A way that this quote could relate to real life is when someone decides to give up something in order to make you happy. For example, a small sacrifice could be giving up something that you want to buy because someone else wantedwants it.
