Cause and Effect Essay
We have all heard of a famous hero or the one person who has changed history, but it will never compare to what Jesus Christ did for every one of us on that cross. Growing up I saw many things come across my family, and I often questioned myself about why many of their lives went the way they did. Fight after fight, arguments, betrayals, and lies were all that evolved in my family. Until I noticed a change in them and not only in them, but myself as well. It had to be Jesus. He has been and will always be the most inspiring life changing person to have known.
Jesus knows every single life, even before being born, knowing the purpose we all have to fulfill in this life, therefore offering eternal life for all of us to accept. The Word of God shows us in Ephesians 1:4, “For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.” We have a purpose in this life, and as hard as it is to sometimes find it or wait for God’s will, we were definitely created to accomplish that. God sent His beloved Son to die for us on that cross, therefore offering the gift of salvation andwith that being a step to accomplish God’s will in our lives. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (New International Version, Jer. 29.11)
