Comparing the work of two clothing companies with two different managers
Mr. George
At first, Mr. George's relationship with me and my colleagues was humble, calm and clear.
His management style depended on our constant motivation and focus on our strengths.
He was assigned one day a week to listen to our observations about the company and the problems we are experiencing.
He always had high spirits and intelligence in dealing with others, which was a positive impact on our performance at work.
He trusted us completely and taught us how to deal with customers in fun and meaningful ways.
When he came to work, he made us feel strong and caring.
I've learned a lot from Mr. George about how to deal with employees and how to build trust and respect between a manager and an employee.
Mr. Samer
Since the beginning of working with Mr. Samer, the company's director, he has decided to take control of me and my colleagues in a fanatical manner.
_ His management method depended solely on financial gain without the need for employees, which had a negative impact on our performance at work.
He didn't talk to me in my entire career at the company, and that included most of my colleagues at the company because his first and last goal was financial gain.
He lacked the ability to communicate with, hide, or even listen to their observations.
I really don't want to go back to working with Mr. Samer because I haven't learned anything from him, in addition to his tense and fanatical manner in dealing with us.
