I wish to complain about the customer service experience that I had with TmobileT-Mobile and aabout a promotion that was offered to me multiple times to me over the phone. (my(My account number Account #is 964780887.)
I purchased an iPhone on 12/22/2019 over the phone.
I am complaining because I made multiple calls to TmobileT-Mobile Experts sincebetween November of 2018 untiland now, and I was offered a promotion that for a trade-in, where I will be getting 700$would get $700. In December, before I purchased the phone, I spokespent about two hours speaking with your customer experts, and I spent around two hrs on the phone. I was advised that everything was okay and that I was added for the promotion of 700$$700. I called afterlater, when I noticed that I wasn't getting the complete credit, and I was explainedinformed that it would be reflectingreflected in my monthly bills as a credit. I have called multiple times sincebetween December of 2019, untiland today 3/23/2020,(3/23/2020) regarding the same matter.
