I write with reference to the subject above and would like to firstly thank you for the opportunity to have a salary increase after a four-year gap. Secondly, I would like to obtain a salary adjustment and orand/or review as opposed to an increase. myMy reasons beingare elaborated below in my mailemail.

In the event of recent inflation of the market, I am writing this letter to ask for a review of my current salary formally. As a DespatchDispatch Manager for the past twelve years at Head Interiors, I have always been ready and dutiful when asked to take on additional work and new responsibilities. It is my belief that a review of my track record in the company, along with my achievements and industry average salary, will demonstrate the justification for a salary review.

My role has evolved a lot since I started working for Head Interiors along with my usual duties,. I now also work on with showroom sales. It is in this regard and my belief that a comprehensive salary review would put my compensation in line with the industry and expectations for the work along with helping me cope with the rising price of everyday goods.

For the past 12 years. At, on numerous occasions, I have proved my worth and have worked hard in all instances. Though I have been getting an annual increment with the exclusion of the past four years regrettably, that seems to be a little less considering the current inflation in the market and the above / below facts Whilstwhilst acknowledging the current and orand/or previous companycompany's economic situations, projected short and long term plans, and good and orand/or bad decisions made that might have or have not come to fruition. I find it in order that Ithat I need to draw your attention to this matter.
