During our interview, we discussed a possible pay rate of between 25-27$ hourly after ALS release and classroom training for critical care and ventilator transports. The offer of 22$ hrper hour after release is considerably lower than what we had discussed and is, quite frankly, disheartening. Before agreeing to a date for orientation, can we discuss this further and negotiate to reach a higher number? Somewhatnumber somewhat closer to previously discussed? As itIt would be the ultimate deciding factor for accepting employment.

When I went on leave after over 2two years of full time employment, as an EMTB/ Driver, my pay rate was at 16$hr16$/hr. The offer of 22$ hourly after release, I feel, does not reflect the value of the increase in education and the ability to run these high priority, and highly billed calls. Nor does it feel that it shows the immediate value for the company to add another full timefull-time ALS provider, 4four days a week. One who has worked for the company previously with prior experience of company operations and procedures to satisfy the call volume increases and the expansion of the company into Maryland becoming imminent.

On a side note, wherewere you able to recover my TIMS certification from my previous employment file? If so, may I receive a hard copy of that for my personal records?

Also, I have my online driving record from DMV, would. Would that suffice? Orsuffice, or would you prefer the DMV certified copy that would be coming in the mail sometime this week?
