Until my last visit to Ocean View Motel, I would recommendhave recommended your motel to anyone visiting the Sunshine Coast. However, my most recent visit was a very unpleasant one.
Our room was paid for in advance, but when I arrived, we found the room we had booked for 2two days, had already been occupied by another couple.
We chose this room because of the view and the spa bath. According to your receptionist, another room with the same inclusions was unavailable.
A room with no view or spa bath was provided, howeverand furthermore, we had no hot water for the whole first day.
Your receptionists’receptionist's comments to us were very rude. He also shouted at us and it was very embarrassing.
I was very disappointed in my experience, as this was supposed to be a Happy Anniversary celebration. but was spoiltspoiled.
I seek a refund of my money, as I did not receive what I paid for.
