Good Morning Everyone,
Please see the attached Final Sales Report for P1W4. We finished the week with $1.634-million634 million, which is -3.2% to last year. Our SSSG finished up at -3.99%. We certainly had our work cut out for us. asAs Paul had mentioned in previous communication this week, we were up against the second busiest Friday of last year. Skip the dishes continueSkipTheDishes continues to be a beneficial revenue stream and contributed an additional $55k in incremental sales. We continue the trend of increased traffic to last year,; however, in a very competitive and price sensitiveprice-sensitive market outour ticket average is down compared to last year.
We achieved another positive week with our food cost controls, as we finished the week at 37.6%, however. However, we have 15 opportunity locations that are above that 40% threshold.
Our customer service metrics came in strong, as we achieved a PO of 194 this week compared to a 140 ratio last year. We also ended our SMG score on a high for the period, finishing off at a 45% OSAT compared to a 42% performance for P1 2018. These metrics are important in monitoring great achievers, as well as identifying areas of opportunity with in our operations, let’s. Let’s continue to make this a key focus point with our teams, which in return will help drive repeat business.
Thanks
