The nation is all set for the upcoming elections which are going to be held in five states of the country - Telangana, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, and Madhya Pradesh.

After the grand alliance in Telangana compromisingcompromised of TDP, CPM, CPI, and TJS, Congress party comes up with its manifesto which focuses on the minority communities especially Muslims and ChristianChristians.

The Congress party is trying it’s hard to win this election. And this time Congress heats up the Telangana election by bringing ‘Muslim Manifesto’.

Muslims compromise of 12.7% of the total population of Telangana and plays a crucial role in this election.

Muslims counted underon backward communities of Telangana, incumbent. Incumbent Chief Minister KCR has promised them for special reservation. For this, on Sept 6 Telangana State Assembly had passed a resolution for increasing reservation for Muslims to 12%.

Currently, Muslims have 4% reservation in jobs and education in the state. The resolution was sent to the BJP Government at the center but was rejected, till. Until then Chief Minister KC Rao has been targeting PM Modi.

Congress took the advantage of this tussle and promised separate quota for the Muslims, Christians and other minority communities in its draft manifesto.

The party has promised to give job opportunities to the Muslim youth. Also,It will provide Rs 5 lakh financial aid to construct a house, Rs 20 lakh to poor students to study, special residential school and government hospitals to the Muslims, all Imams and Maouzans of Mosque will be given Rs 6000 per month.
