Last August, we noticed that the delivery of the gingerbread cookies came in later than usual. When we started preparing the mix, it iswas also noticed that most of the powder came in hard as a rock, and some of the powder bags were ripped. The same incident happened foroccurred in the month of September and also in this month. We pay a good amount of money for the quality of your gingerbread cookies, which are quite popular at the Auberge.
We would like to have a written confirmation that thethis problem has been corrected and we also would like to receive some form of discount for the next two deliveries. If not, we will be forced to order our gingerbread cookies elsewhere. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated and we look forward to receivereceiving your usual high standards of services.
