Stress has many different causes, which can vary from person to person. One of the causes of urgency is work stressors. Individuals spend manymuch of their lives at work. A survey published by the American Psychological Association in 2012 found that as many as 70% of Americans reported suffering from workplace stress1stress. The second cause is Life Changeslife changes. People usually think of stress as being negative, such as an exhausting work schedule. However, anything that puts a high demand on people can be stressful. This includes positive events. For example, buybuying a house and getgetting married. The third cause is Self-Generatedself-generated. A person's inner thinking also can cause stress. For example, unrealistic expectations and perfectionism can make events in which a person did not realize his ideals even more stressful. Pessimism and negative self-talk also can cause stress. To sum up, work stressors, life changes, and self-generatedself-generation are the three main point that causes stress.
