The city transettransit system announces suberbansuburban subway changes beginning May 3. Will reroute the track through North Tunnel. ArivalArrival time for the E train at Bayview will be 4:30. itIt will not stop at North Depot. Normal transprotaiontransportation service will resume when the transisiontransition from old to new tracks is complete.
