We have been assigned to fabricate all types of metal work, related works such as window grill, sliding grill, veranda railing, fire stairs railing, main stair railing etc., fabrication works. Among those, most of the items can be fabricated at our work except Fire stair railing and main stairs railing; those have to be fabricated aton site. So, often we have to engage a group, comprised byof 5 workers,at on site, to complete the fabrication and fitting. In regardRegarding this, at our workshop, we will face a worker difficiency if we engageemploy a group to siteonsite for a certain period. On the other hand, due to a local a disturbance at this specific site, we have to assigne a group aton site to fabricate said two items (fire stair & main stair). We have no scope to assign outside vendors, who are outside of the company, at this site. Now, to resolve this ambivalanceambivalent situation and to recover the worker difficiency at our workshop,it is needed we will need to employ a labor subcontractor to assist to fabricatewith fabricating the window grill, and the sliding grill, by which we canto support the thisthis site (project) by deliveringto deliver the aforementioned items inon time.
