1. In response to COR Letter 17-015, FPJV submitted the invoices related to travel completion on Jan 17th, which is afterwas beyond the required 30 days afterfollowing the completion of travel. The late submission occurred due to the Governmentgovernment's not providing appropriate direction on invoicing of CLINs that were partial CLINs. FPJV wanted to adhere to the Contract requirement of only submitting one (1) invoice. FPJV shall submit all further invoices within the 30 days afterfollowing completion of the traveltravel.

2. The Governmentgovernment has rejected several invoices due to the Governmentsits direction on the partial invoicing of labor CLINS. FPJV is requesting a resolution on partial labor CLINS, as this is causingthe cause of delays due to thein invoicing.
