Just a note to thank everyone for participating in the engagement survey.

I've been given access to results for our area now and beenwent through them this morning. There were some clear takeoutstakeaways, some positive and some less so (!).

I'll be doing my best to work on the areas for improvement, although some are beyond my control!.

But, it is very useful to get a handle on things, so thanks.

One thing I will be doing right away is booking check-ins. Look out for meeting invites.
