Family Paid Leave Definition Paper
There is this woman thatwho works at Bank of America. When she was two weeks from her due date, she got a promotion at her job. Although she was very excited about the promotion, she was nervous. She would have a hard time keeping up with work after having her baby. She knowsknew that she can'tcouldn't miss a lot of days from work or she willwould not have any money to take care of her baby. Her job started paid family leave and they let her take a couple weeks off of work and still get paid. She was so thankful for that because she could look for someone to look overafter her child when she actually goeswent back to work. She willwould also be able to bond with her child and focus on her family for a while.
