Our plan is to havethat the top 20 vendors (for each plant), that we have made payments overof over 200K a year to, must be the ones to be set up first.

The attached spreadsheet now has information that is sorted by YTD payments for vendors that we have paid and fallsthat fall into the category of greater than or equal to 200K in payments.

So, my request is, if you have any priority vendors that are not on the list, and you would like them to be a priority set up to, please let me know latest by Tuesday at the latest.
