With the exception of 35.2kWdc/30kWac system, all of the identified PV designs fit in the roof space as indicated (Figure 2). The smallest design (12.8kWdc) can occupy a maximum of 100m2 section of the northern roof space. It is important to note that any of the designs (Figure 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8) is very feasible and makes a financial case for its construction. Using an estimate of the plant O&M base load/energy consumption (115kWh), it is easy making a conclusion on the best design case for the O&M building.
