If only Allah hasd the autonomy to decide the life and death of mankind, then how can states can challenge this autonomy by passing the  judgements of death penalties (like executions of convicts) with proper date and time.....
Ps.Additionally, Iin judgements, the clause "by the will of Allah Almighty" is never mentioned at all....
