I hope and trust you are well. I will try to be to the point after hearing the amount of emails you deal with on a daily.

My current objective:
1. Help Andrew bridge the gaps using my experience of six years in trauma.
2. Develop a working relationship with you that serves to help make your life easier as well as ours.

May I start here please with this email:
1. I'm aware that on more than one occasion we have discussed the nailing system located on the website (www.jantraindonesia.com). Vversus the one in the brochure, and that you recently spoke to Andrew dateon 27.09.16. The response being that you will check and see if you have that product.
2. Personally, I would be very happy if you have the product and it can be supplied.
3. If this is not the case can we get clarity on why that product is under the Kanghui brand. Is this perhaps false advertisement that some one did, etc?
4. It is a challenge and a distraction, to see better and newer technology in the Kanghui brand, which I agree with you may not be under the Medtronic brand. However, I'd like to gain understanding of what's going on (should Kanghui have let go of a superior product) or not have had it at all.
5. I face similar challenges adding bits from the other system as one may encounter mixing monolock system and the variable angle system. Hence why I hope to gain clarity so as to chart a acceptable way forward. For example, I feel the need to help Andrew and the team anticipate and sort out things such as the distal locking for the femur and tibia, were the drill bits and screw drivers are too long as they are designed for the jig, which doesn’t get used by South African surgeons, therefore the C-are withll always be in the way. This is one of a few things I'd like to tackle with your assistance and support. It may not me a problem to one or two surgeons that are our friends and supporters, but it matters to all else that don't have a relationship with us. And in a market where the standard is really advanced.

What assistance and clarity I can get in this regard as well as a “time frame for a response” will be highly appreciated.
