Although I do believe that if the government does ignore you, or nreglfusects to listen to the people and their petitions, aka non-violent act, then yes, the people should be able to rebel. A good example is when the blacks had no rights. As people, we all have breaking points, and I believe we can all understand why the blacks broke and rebelled. They fought back because they deserved to be treated waymuch better.m Many died, but eventually they got rights eventually; rebelling helped.
