This is Mohammad Sina, Master of Medical Biotechnology from Tabriz Medical University, Iran (medical universities are among prestigious universities in Iran, where their acceptance rate is about one percentage), and my GPA is about 3.2. I have done my MSc thesis titled, “Effects of Environmental Factors on Soluble Expression of a Humanized Anti-TNF-α scFv Antibody in Escherichia coli”, which I have investigated to optimize the conditions for soluble recombinant expression of protein. In the course of optimizing, I learned about recombinant protein expression and purification, and I have read many articles about soluble expression, ranging from environmental condition to genetic engineering. I am always looking for biotechnology careers that deal with production of recombinant proteins. Also, I’m familiar with basic rules of GMP (I have toaken the quality assurance course in the university).
In addition, my bachelor's degree is in Cellular and Molecular Biology, majoring in Biotechnology. In either grades, I have taken courses such as Bioinformatics, Chemistry, genetic engineering, and Biochemistry. I’m really crazy faborut biotechnology, to be honest,; I am always thinking about productiong of a new generation of vaccine and recombinant protein drugs to improve the health of society. I have the ideas of establishing a biotechnological company, and it requireds one to be fully knowledgeable in whole process of producing of recombinant protein. So, this internship would give me the opportunity tof participatending in a certified and Rreference Company,; I am really enthusiastic about joining your project and learning the important processes in the production of recombinant proteins.
