After quitting his job and selling his possessions, Chris is all set to travel the world and fulfill the last request of his mother,- to live his life to the fullest.
He came to Ink Story for help in designing a tattoo to serve as both a reminder of his past, and inspiration for his future.

The vintage clock, set at 1:23 symbolizes the frailty of life. This was the exact time of the Chernobyl accident in 1986, and signifies how quickly life can change. A unique map reflects his future, as he aims to explore new and unknown territories. The inspirational text, “Follow your heart”, displays his deepest value which he learnted from his previous employer, as hise aims to spread this message to the new people he meets.

Finally, 2 purple flowers from the plant, Heather (his mother’s name) are prominently displayed in the foreground. One incorporates a small compass to honour her as the loving parent who continues to help him find his way.
