My first priority for this Action pProject is to deliver the project in the best manner possible,. iIn this case, it is the development of a new model for partner evaluation as well as identifying new potential partners for Citizens Banks. From this process, I will try to take away the best practices and outcomes in order to apply them in real -life situations when I go out into the work field. I find this project very interesting, since my family business is facing a similar situation,. wWe want to grow the company in Mexico through partnerships with other distributors. Thus, I think this project will help me, later on, to develop a business plan for my family business and to apply in it everything I will learn during this Action Project.

Furthermore, I want to learn how to become a better business consultant. For this, I have to master all the frameworks, concepts, models, methodologies, and consulting skills related to business consulting. Also, I would like to gain experience on how to do primary research and get out of my comfort zone, in this sense,. I would therefore like to visit, email, or call those companies within Citizens’ current prospect list, and/or new potential partners. I consider that this is an important tool that every business consultant should know.

Since this Action Project is a real-life issue, I will learn how to express my thoughts and opinions in a real business context, and, more importantly ,to senior executives when it comes to the midpoint and final presentations. Additionally, I want to learn as much as possible about Citizens’ business and about finance as a whole, twhatich is why I chose Ffinance as my primary area for this Action Project.


I see myself as a quantitative, creative, and analytical person,. tTherefore, I will do my best to come up with the most creative and innovative ideas in order to differentiate ourselves at the time of the final presentation, which I hope will help us win as the best project offer. Also, I like to do research, mostly secondary,. I will investigate as much as I can about consumer lending in general, criteria for partnerships, prospective partners, etc.;. so by the time of the last week of the Action Project, I will have become an expert in the subject, as well as a better business consultant.

As I stated before, I am a quantitative type of person, since my Bbachelor's degree was in Eelectrical Eengineering. For this reason, I picture a quantitative model for Citizens, maybe one that gives a score in the end for each prospective partner, and ranks all the evaluated companies from the best to the worst option as partners for Citizens.

It is important to clarify that in our team, we do not have specific roles or responsibilities. However, we do have discussed how each team mate will contribute with what they are best at, and how they would support us during the project in order to obtain a successful outcome.
