CAPACITY
The event is almost at capacity. Cut off is likely to happen over the weekend. If you are in a team relay, please call up your teammates and ask them to sign up now, pleaseeee

GATE ACCESS / PARKING
We are awaiting some final update regarding gate access. We want to make sure you have as much time to park your car, register, set up your station and race. Stand by on that.

NEW START TIME
There's a new start time - Cut off remains the same but there's a new start time. We will announce it shortly - once. Cut off remains the same for the race (12 hours for BOTH 50km & 100km (Solo / Team Relay)

TEAM SET UP
You can deposit your tents, tables, chairs the day prior at the Sydney Boys School Clubhouse BESIDE McKay Oval on the 6th August between 3pm and 5pm. It is, however, YOUR responsibility to bring it out of the clubhouse and set it up on event day.


NUTRITION & WELL BEING
Tailwind Nutrition Australia are once again providing us with their amazing range of endurance fuel for this event. For an endurance event of this length, you will want an easily digestible fuel such as Tailwind.

iMove Physiotherapy are back with their amazing team of massage and physiotherapist, providing you with on the day rub down, strapping and any advice you need regarding any niggles (Hopefully not)
