• Responsibileity for all Procurement Activities includes: Project Material Procurement, Project Contracts/Subcontracts related to the Offshore pPipeline, pPlatform, fabrication of Jackets, Bridges, tTopsides, commission and hookup pProjects being under taken by Saipem Group.

• Involving from conception handover, to ensure that pProjects were completed on time to the required quality standards and to Project budget. Preparing ITT packages of Procurement of Major Long Lead Items and Contracts/Subcontracts for EPCI Offshore Field Development Projects in Asia Pacific Region.

• Complete co-ordination with Project team in developing requisitions, technical documents, procurement plans, and procedures, and schedules, and expediting reports and developing project -related procedures with reference to Company corporate management procedures.

• Responsible for effective commercial evaluations of the each bid related witho Project requirements and budget, having complete co-ordination with respective pProject team in technical evaluations as per the Company standard procedures and Client’s pProject -specific requirements.

• Implementing procurement activities in to SAP system, and adequately trained and practiced as SAP end -user, and responsible for creating all the Purchase Orders, Contracts and Subcontracts in SAP system.
• Effective Team Management & Internal lLiaison
• Development and implementation of Project -specific procedures and processes for Procurement, Contracts & Materials Management
• Bidding Process and Award for project contracts, materials, service and maintenance contracts and such processes as are in compliance with Project procedures and in particular the relevant rules for tendering contracts in country requirements.
• Effective & successful administration of Project EPCI Contracts/ Contracts / Subcontracts / Purchase Orders.
• Superior & full -scale practical experience & knowledge within Contracts & Procurement in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry.
