• Heading large SCM team includes Contracting Engineers / Buyers and, establishing good relationships, and being good guidance to the team for the successful completion of the Project.
• Overseeing the team and provideing necessary training and coaching on project -specific requirements for successful completion of pthe Project.
• Interface Engineering/PMT/Operations and any stock holders in the development of long -term contracting strategy, philosophies and operating service agreements, including any shared services with other operators.
• Development of long -term Contract / Procurement plans.
Contract Development and Tendering - Develop and tender documents/Budget Estimates/Pre-qualification and bid list requirements.
• Contract Management - Input and monitor contract data in SAP /JDE and any contract management system as appropriate, to ensure that system data accurately reflects the paper agreement.
• Develop Contracting and Procurement Business Processes, including mMaterials mManagement, wWarehousing, and lLogistics.
• Interface with the Business Process and Information Systems Planner in the scoping and specifications for the Materials Management and Information system(s)
• Experience from working in a multi-national - /multicultural society.
• Excellent communications skills &, excellent negotiation skills & a mercantile understanding of business.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured approach to complex matters.
• Leadership competencies with a coaching & engaging approach. Visionary with strong diplomatic & troubleshooting skills.
• Expert in SAP / JDE and eProcurement in all Procurement, Contract, Expediting and lLogistics modules.
• Participate in the recruitment of Procurement / Contracts personnel in line with project -specific requirements.
• Provide specialist contractual, commercial and administrative specialist advice to the Project Stack Holders, and coordinate with cCompany’s other entities and cClient’s other entities for the successful completion of the Project .
