The committees informed us about the tender to the 5 recommended companies that they are from the countries requested, ; only 2 recommended companies showned up to tender, then sent the bid proposals,. aAfter Ttechnical and Ccommercial proposals opened on June 9th,2016, we found many commercial exceptions provided by both companies,w. We have tried to strictly inform them that the terms should be complied with to avoid any disqualification.a After, they agreed to withdraw some exceptions.
