Report on the fFitness cClub Lifestyle in Knittelfeld

The aim of this report is to provide a summary of the customer feedback on the fitness club Lifestyle in Knittelfeld, in Herrengasse, 12. Customers were asked about their opinion abonut the price, the sports equipment, and the additional offers of the club. While the customers largely seemed to be satisfied with the price, there were serious issues raised regarding the sports equipment and the interior arrangement.

Price
The pricing of the fitness club is found to be, on average, fairly priced, and has not caused a loss in customers dueas toa iresult. The monthly payment is €20 for students and €30 for adults. Approximately 80 percent of the questioned customers think the price is fair for the variety of equipment and the professional services.

Sports Equipment
In general, most people seem to feel that the large choice of sports machines is favorable. However, more than half of the interviewees complained about the low number of the machines provided. Furthermore, it was pointed out that the arrangement of the machines is disadvantageous, since there is hardly anoy space between them.

Special offers
Customers were very positive in their views of the offered daily dance courses and workouts. Again, the rooms, where the courses take place, were considered to be too small. The major complaint wereas the changing rooms. There are only two showers, no hairdryers, and some of the lockers are broken. One person said:, “ Instead of waiting here for hours, I prefer showering at home.“

Conclusion
As far as prices are concerned, the majority of customers are happy, especially when considering the service that is offered for it. When it comes to the sports equipment, there should be more machines provided. The problem with the lacking of space is found throughout the whole fitness club. The most suitable solution would be to expand the fitness club.
