I am writing to bring to your attention the continuous misbehavior we are facing with Rafael Valerio. Today, RV crossed the limits and I feel it is very important to let you know. To begin, every morning after breakfast, I lock away any leftover food in one of my closets in the classroom. Today, when RV came in to my classroom he managed to put his arm through the locked closet and grabbed about 3 or 4 juices without any permission. He then passed the juices around to other kids in the classroom. Right after I noticed what he was doing, I addressed him immediately and assigned him lunch detention tomorrow. However, RV stated defiantly that he would not attend.

He also took chrome books and distributed them around the classroom without any permission. I asked him multiple times to stop and to return the chrome books back to me but he doesn't seem to be willing to follow any instructions. After school, I talked to Mr. Morales about the student’s behavior and he contacted her mother, but as of now I don't know what was the outcome of that.
