We are thankful for your concern and efforts to help us, and we are writing this letter to seek further support from you.

It has been a week since you reported our issue to the university, and during this week the university staff returned to work, but we still didn't receive any response about our issue. We do appreciate the efforts you are putting to study our issue, but because we have only one week left before the beginning of our classes, we kindly request to accelerate this process.

All that we had been informed about the next semester is that classes will continue to be conducted online, although we still don't have a confirmation about the clinical training and the practical classes, it seems like they will be held online also. We are afraid that the decision of holding our practical classes online might be considered as a violation of the Accreditation Standards for Basic Medical Education in China and also the standards of the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME).

We understand that our situation is complicated, but we believe that with your help we can find possible solutions. We seek your kind consideration in taking necessary actions before September 12th, because we have to register on this date, and then we should pay the tuition fees.
