Patient's history:
Mr. Nasser is a 65 years old65-years-old married man with two adult children who had an onset of chest pain at night, followed by serversevere vomiting,. An electrocardiography (ECG) was taken and cardiac enzymes were done, and he was diagnosed with coronary artery disease.
- He is a smoker.
- His father died from a heart attack.
Food and nutrition relatednutrition-related history:
Through the laboratory values of cholesterol for Mr. Nasser, the proportions of each type are clear.
He seems to be eating a lot of fast food, and a high percentage of trans fats, that increasewhich increases the level of trans fats in thehis body.
It is also clear that he is eating vegetables and fruits and other elements that contain HDL, but in smaller quantities compared to eating fast food.
(But to ensure his answer, accuracy and correctness, we need to knowobtain additional information about the patient, such as the type of food he is eating, whether he iseats at home or he eatingat the restaurant, and the way the food is prepared).

Nutrition – focused physical findings:
Neutrino level analysis – HDL and total cholesterol level is normal.
LDL level is near optimal.
Comparative standards:
Mr. Nasser should not consume more than 200 milligrams of cholesterol a day because he is at risk of heart disease.
Also, he should maintain his LDL cholesterol, because it should be 2.5mg\dl, and he should increase the level of the good cholesterol HDL, because it iswould be good for his health.
