CORRECTION! As far as I remember, we haven't discussed this matter more than THREE times, ma'am. Me and my roommate sometimes struggle to perform our daily duties, as I also have a network problem; hence I reset this pcPC (I get the network back every time I reset the pcPC). I do not appreciate the fact that you only see my roommate's problem, and you don't see mine.
