It seems Ms. Harrelson isn't allowing the powers of attorney on file for Julio Hernandez, Jr takes precedence over the release form that is being required.

During the time that we were seeking an attorney to handle these matters, each of the attorney reached out to Ms. Harrelson with the intention to come up with a different solution than to have the release form directly sent to previous homeowner. So far the most manageable of them all that Ms. Harrelson seems to agree to, would be for an attorney to draft a letter for Julio Hernandez, Jr to sign authorizing the release.

The only issue I see with this approach is that it isn't very efficient and it is too involved, especially if we anticipate to haveing more than a handful of cases to be worked on at any given time. I am hoping in the near future we could come up with a more streamlined approach.
